CARDSWAP TERMS OF USE
Buyer Terms
- Buyer agrees that TheCardSwap.com does not provide a warranty or guarantee the accuracy of cards posted by sellers.
- Buyer agrees that it is the buyer's responsibility to determine the condition and card authenticity.
- Buyer must be at least 18 years of age or have parents consent and able to form legally binding contracts.
- Buyer agrees TheCardSwap.com is not responsible for lost or damaged cards due to shipping.
- Buyer agrees that TheCardSwap.com is not responsible for any seller actions including by not limited to incorrect information, shipping delays, or refunds.
- Buyer waives all right to a jury trial.
- Buyer agrees that TheCardSwap.com can not be held responsible for any damages that the buyer may suffer using TheCardSwap.com
Seller Terms
- Seller agrees that all card information and images that are listed on TheCardSwap.com is correct to the best of the seller's knowledge.
- Seller agrees that it is the seller's responsibility to determine the condition and card authenticity.
- Seller agrees to ship the sold card within 48 hours of receiving the email receipt.
- Seller agrees to post the cards in their proper categories.
- Seller agrees to post the card image with a black background with at least a 1/4 inch showing.
- Seller must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts.
- Seller agrees that TheCardSwap.com is not responsible for any buyer actions including incorrect information.
- Seller agrees that TheCardSwap.com has the right to remove any listings by the seller that represent false information or are offensive.
- Seller agrees that TheCardSwap.com has the right to suspend or ban a seller from TheCardSwap.com.
- Seller agrees that TheCardSwap.com may be unavailable at times due to technical or maintenance related problems or needs.
- Seller agrees TheCardSwap.com is not responsible for lost or damaged cards due to shipping.
- Seller agrees that all photography can and will be used by the Card Swap.
- Seller waives all right to a jury trial.
- Seller agrees to solve any and all disputes that arise from a transaction on TheCardSwap.com outside of the TheCardSwap.com.
- Seller is responsible for all returns and buyer refunds.
