Card Buyers – You may browse TheCardSwap.com without providing any personal information until you are ready to checkout. TheCardSwap does not store or even see credit card information. No account is needed to purchase cards from TheCardSwap.com.
Card Sellers – TheCardSwap.com will collect your name, address, payment email address, and card details for the transaction.
General Information – TheCardSwap.com uses standard web anaylitics to collect demographic and traffic information.
Use of Information
TheCardSwap.com does not sell your information to third parties. The information is used to:
- provide the service for you to buy and sell sports cards for free
- announce new cards, news, and coupons
- enforce our policies
Disclosure of Information
TheCardSwap.com discloses sellers contact information to the buyer and the buyers shipping information is disclosed to the seller when a transaction is completed. TheCardSwap.com may disclose buyer or seller information to prevent illegal and inappropriate activities on its site and to respond to its own legal requirements.
Passwords
Do not share your account password with anyone as it will give them direct access to your personal information. To enhance your security use numbers and make sure your password is atleast 8 characters. If your account has been hacked, you should immediately login to your account and reset your password under account settings.
