What are the fees for selling cards and what do they cover?

Listing cards on TheCardSwap.com is free. There is no hidden fees or charges to use TheCardSwap.com.
Should I include the shipping in the asking price?

The price is the final price so if you have a card worth $1.00 and shipping is $1.00 then the listing price should be $2.00.
I received an email saying my card sold. What should I do?

When your cards sell, you will receive an order notification email. In the email you will see the card details and buyers shipping information. Please ship all orders within 48 hours! Do not forget to remove your cards from TheCardSwap after they are sold.
I sold my cards, but I can't send them yet. What should I do?

If you can not ship your cards within 48 hours, you MUST contact the buyer using the buyer's contact information located in the order notification email.

What are the fees for buying cards and what do they cover?

Browsing cards on TheCardSwap.com is free. No account is needed to make purchases. When you are ready to check out and complete a transaction we will show you your order total before you place the order. The shipping fee is already added into the cost of your order. There is no buyer fees or hidden fees when buying cards from TheCardSwap.com.
Where do these cards come from?

Cards sold on TheCardSwap.com come from dealers and collectors just like yourself. TheCardSwap.com is not a card broker and we don't own the cards you purchase on our site. TheCardSwap.com was started to provide a marketplace where collectors can gather to buy and sell sports cards for free.

We are an open market place so anyone can sell on TheCardSwap.com. We give you the opportunity to view the widest possible selection of cards to buy that is provided by dealers, collectors, sports fans, or just about anyone who wants to buy and sell sports cards.
What happens once I place an order?

Once you place an order with TheCardSwap.com you will receive an order confirmation email. The seller also receives an email confirmation with your order details and your shipping address. The seller is responsible for shipping your cards within 48 hours. If the seller can not ship the cards within this time frame they are instructed to contact the buyer.
If I do not like the cards can I get a refund?

Each seller's refund policy is different. We require the sellers to offer a refund policy if the buyer is not 100% satisfied.
I haven't received my cards yet?

Please allow for 7-10 business days to receive your cards you purchased from TheCardSwap.com. The seller has 48 hours from the transaction to ship your cards. If you feel you should have received your cards don't hesitate to contact the seller using the contact information in the order confirmation email.
